Publishers Square

Publishers Square is a project founded in 2011, dedicated to bringing French authors to the American reader. It is our goal to give our authors, who may have been overlooked by US publishers, greater visibility in the US market. The authors that we select to translate into English have had major successes in France, receiving praise from the critics. While some may have concerns about the success of translations in America, recent novels have shown that there is indeed a readership. At Publishers Square, we are committed to building on that readership with the best that French literature has to offer.
