Aware of the importance of conserving these values in our daily work, the Office of Good Practices is a direct, confidential channel of communication with our employees, managers, suppliers, subcontractors, partners, customers and in general any interested third party to enable them report if, in their relationship with the Group's companies, they suspect or have evidence of:
- Criminal or serious or very serious administrative offences, or breaches of European Union law.
- Breaches and/or alleged irregularities regarding the application of the Group’s Code of Ethics.
- Any other practice or conduct that may constitute fraud and/or a criminal offence.
- Cases of bullying or sexual harassment at work.;

The Office of Good Practices guarantees that all reports received will be investigated, as well as ensuring the complete CONFIDENTIALITY AND ANONYMITY of the person providing the information, and the identity of any third party mentioned in the report, providing the informant with appropriate protection against reprisals.
If evidence is available, this should be attached to the report, as this will assist the investigation and help to ensure its successful resolution. Additionally, in the case of criminal or serious or very serious administrative offences, or breaches of European Union law, besides reporting this via the Internal Information Channel, any individual may also report directly to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants (IAIP).
Information System Privacy Policy : All personal data provided will be processed by PLANETA CORPORACIÓN, S.R.L., with C.I.F. company tax number B61441127 and address at 17, Calle Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena, 28027 Madrid, as data protection officer and manager of the Grupo Planeta Internal Information System. If the information provided concerns any of the companies that form part of Grupo Planeta, this data may be shared with said company so that appropriate actions can be carried out in relation with the facts reported.
We further inform you that your data may be processed in order to resolve your query, to receive and manage the complaints or warnings reported, and to offer you the guarantees established in the Information System policy.
